Future aspects of Pharmacy

Mr. Alok Ghosh, President, Global Technical Operations, Lupin Ltd, Mumbai , addressed the students of School of Pharmaceutical Technology on Future aspects of Pharmacy Profession on 23rd April 2019. He emphasized that the students should be hard worker in Universities and smart workers in Industries. He explained to the students in details the job responsibilities of Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Formulation Development sector of Pharmaceutical Industries. He also discussed the concept of Zero defect in pharmaceutical products and Six sigma approach. Mr. Ghosh stressed the importance of the role of regulatory bodies like US FDA in pharmaceutical industries. He urged the students to improve the communication skills to enhance their employability. The students were overwhelmed by his lucid lecture and they informed that such lectures made them aware of the existing Opportunities and Challenges in Pharmacy Profession.
